Most people think that lawyers are necessary to put homes on contract.  This is normal of course, but I want to show you that putting homes on contract is something that you can actually do yourself at home - regardless of how much (or little) experience you may have!

Whenever the word "contract" is mentioned, the first thought that most people have is, "I need a lawyer".  This is a natural response, especially when talking about homes on contract.  I want to let you in on something - all a lawyer does is really use a generic template and fills in the blanks.  This can be said for most of the homes on contract.
